Herve Renard is determined to beat Ghana at home.

Zambia coach Herve Renard wants to do the talking on the pitch when he faces Ghana on Friday in the final Group D World Cup of qualifier.

The Frenchman was a physical trainer for the Black Stars at the 2008 Nations Cup before he was appointed Chipolopolo boss.

Renard beat Ghana twice last year with his Zambia side- a 1-0 semi-final win at the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations and replicated the same scoreline in the corresponding fixture last June.

"I receive a lot of calls from our friends from Ghana, they always say the same ‘winning’. The best is to talk on the 6th of September. I'm sorry," Renard said.

"It's a big pleasure (to return to Ghana) but my biggest pleasure will be to beat them."

Zambia are training in Johannesburg and will arrive in Ghana on Wednesday.
