Youngsters Appiah and Boateng named on Crystal Palace bench for Capital One game

Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway has named Ghanaian youth attacker Kwesi Appiah and Hiram Boateng on the Crystal Palace bench for their Capital One game against Bristol City on Tuesday night. 

Appiah, 23, is likely to get his first senior team action at the Ashton Gate as Holloway could use him during the second half of the game.

Boateng, 17, has been with the Glaziers second string side and it would be a big experience for him to be with the senior side.
