William Tiero ruled out for a week with minor injury

William has been ruled out for a week with an injury

Ghana midfielder William Tiero has been ruled out of action for a week with a minor injury.

The 31-year-old picked up the injury during training and missed Gil Vicente’s Portuguese League win over Moreirense at the Estadio Cidade de Barcelos on Sunday.

The former Black Stars workaholic enforcer will however be available for their next game at Nacional on October 6.

“I got injured and team doctors have asked me to stay away for a week,” Tiero told GHANAsoccernet.com

“I am a bit disturbed but hope to return to the pitch much stronger.”

Tiero joined Vicente this summer.
