Juventus ace Kwadwo Asamoah has promised to give his all for Ghana at the 2014 FIFA World Cup finals.

Asamoah has been explosive for the Serie A champions where he is striving in a makeshift left-back.

The Black Stars will be hoping for a spill over at the tournament in Brazil.

“When we get to the World Cup we will show the whole world what we are made of,” Asamoah said to BBC

“I am one of the key players in my country and I will give it my all to ensure make it out of the group.

“One way of doing that is to ensure we approach every game with the strong hunger and desire to succeed knowing that every victory sends us closer to our goal.

“We will not bother ourselves with semi-final target we will just try to enjoy our game and have fun during game.

“We will sing in our team bus and create the union that is required to excel at this level.”

Asamoah made his debut for Ghana in 2006 under Claude Le Roy and was part of the Ghana team which reached the quater final stage at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

Yes sir, we have to get through the group stage no matter what, our enemies are looking forward to a group stage exit for Ghana, but that just motivates us,Germany,Portugal and USA are all human beings just like us,there is nothing special about their legs, we just need to get our minds to think better than them.

Ghana will qualify along side Germany..the only secret is to beat the USMNT handsomely so Portugal doesn’t u better goals against us. point of correction Asamoah was part if Can 2008 nd not 2006

GSN gotta check their facts well, KASA made his BS debut in the 2008 Nations cup on home soil not 2006. He came on as a sub in the third-place win against Ivory Coast in Kumasi.

  6. NANA YAW says:

Hahaha after world cup 2006 when Leroy took over as head coach of the national team,he invited Asamoah to play in a friendly. Second call up was CAN 2008.
