Wassaman Chief Executive Felix Baidoo has promised sweeping changes as he saw his side bow out of the Premier League.
The Tarkwa-based failed to stay in the top flight in their debut season after they went down at Berekum Arsenal last Sunday.
With a game left to play in the elite division, United will have to look at life in the second-tier and their owner is determined to guide the team back to the top in the shortest possible time.
ââ¬ÅWe need to freshen things up and rebuild at the end of the season,â⬠Baidoo told Radio XYZ
ââ¬ÅOur problems started in the first round because we shouldnââ¬â¢t have kept faith with all the players ââ¬Ëthat help us to qualify.
ââ¬ÅWe should have brought in some other quality players. But whatever happened is over and so must look forward to life in the first division.
ââ¬ÅThe rank and file of the club is utterly disappointed and disjointed but what can we say,ââ¬
There are as many as four other teams that could join Wassaman in the first division with the likes of Berekum Arsenal, Mighty Jets, Bechem United and Heart of Lions all in the lockout.
