Nasiru Mohammed and Abdul Majeed Waris scored both goals for Hacken

Ghana pair Abdul Majeed Waris and Nasiru Mohammed scored both goals for BK Hacken in their 2-0 triumph over Gefle in the Swedish Allsvenskan on Monday evening.

Black Stars striker Majeed Waris opened the scoring for the visitors eight minutes after the break before Nasiru Mohammed secured the points with a superb effort twenty minutes from time.

Hacken failed in their attempts to breakdown the Gefle defence in the opening 45 minutes of the game.

Waris came close to opening the scoring five minutes before the interval but his cracking drive came off a defender.

Hacken returned from the break to take charge of the game and Black Stars striker Majeed Waris rattled with a ferocious drive.

The 20-year-old outrun his marker with a blistering pace before sending a thunderous drive past Mattias Hugosson in the Gefle goal in the 53rd minute.

Any hopes of a Gefle fight-back was dashed on the 70th minute mark by the sensational Nasiru Mohammed.

The former Ghana U17 captain applied a trademark flicking effort to an Oscar Lewicki cross from the left.

The travelling Hacken fans had a Ghanaian touch

Waris has extended his league tally to 18 goals while Nasiru Mohammed has scored 4 goals in three games for Hacken.
