Joseph Mensah has signed a six month loan deal with Slavia Prague

Ghanaian younsgter Joseph Mensah explains his decision to sign a six-month loan deal with Czech Republic giants Slavia Prague.

How would you introduce yourself to the Prague fans?

‘I’m from Ghana, now I play for the team Liberty Professionals of Ghana Premier League. I am most offensive player and play on the left side. I appreciate it and I’m glad I can be in Slavia. “

What can you say about your former club Liberty Professionals?

“Liberty is a very good club, good team with many young players. It was nice to play there. I played with a lot of young players like me. I think I now have a pretty good form. This year I played all three matches except when I was on test in Germany. In seven matches, I was even awarded as the man of the match. I think I showed great improvement. “

Why did you choose to sign for Slavia Prague?
‘I think it was because the management of the club, his behavior was very sympathetic. We kept in touch, we communicated, the meeting was very good.

I had several offers, but I thought it would be good to play for Slavia. The club provides an opportunity for young ambitious players, so there will be easier for me to start. I had other offers. Also, from the Czech Republic. But I think for me Slavia is the right choice. “
What do you expect from the spring season?
“First, I want to show and prove to the coach what I can do. I will do my best to make me Slavia and her fans were satisfied. Slavia doing now is not very good and I will try to help the team as much as possible. “
What is your next program in Slavia? What do you expect from winter training?
‘I am ready for any workout. Once I signed here, so I’m ready, whether you’re going anywhere.
