A song for the Black Stars has been released in Hausa for the World Cup

A famous Hausa traditional musician cum boxer has been showed with cash for releasing a catchy song for the Black Stars at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil in June.

Saabo, who is also a Ghanaian heavyweight boxer, released the song titled 'Baamu bayaani Black Stars' on Sunday at a private ceremony to the delight of many.

The song which means 'Tell us the Black Stars story' praised key players of the Black Stars who are certain to make the country's squad to the World Cup.

Fans of the Black Stars at the event could not contain their delight and showed the part-time musician with cash while Saabo serenaded his audience with the song backed by his tow vocalists.

Saabo opened the song by praising Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan, Andre Ayew insisting they will defeat their opponents with intelligence while tagging Michael Essien as the 'Sarkin Wayo' which means the intelligence chief affirming his support for the AC Milan superstar.

Kevin-Prince Boateng, John Boye, Kwadwo Asamoah, Fatau Dauda as well as the Ghana FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi.

He reserved the biggest question for Sulley Muntari's left leg predicting that Hajia Kande's son tear the net at the World Cup.
