Assistant coach Maxwell Konadu and newly appointed physical trainer Jamie Lawrence presided over the session and were assisted by one white trainer named Gerald who is officially unknown to the public.

The team is expected to continue with their non - residential preparations until Sunday when they travel to Spain to commence camping ahead of the 17 January tournament in Equatorial Guinea.
