UNAIDS Ambassador Asamoah Gyan to visit Malawi later this month
Asamoah Gyan will visit Malawi later in August

Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan, who is the incumbent Goodwill Ambassador for Goodwill Ambassador  for  United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS ( UNAIDS) will visit Malawi later this month to raise awareness on HIV and AIDS and youth development, GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal. 

Meanwhile, UNAIDS and the Malawi government are working on activities that Gyan is expected to carry out during his brief stay in the country, including playing a football match in one of the top undisclosed  local teams in Malawi.

The 29 year old plays at United Arab Emirates based club Al Ain which plays in the country`s Pro-League His visit aims at sensitizing the youth a  number of issues to do with HIV/AIDS.
