Italian Serie A side Udinese have kicked started their pre-season campaign without Ghana pair of Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu and Moro Alhassan, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

Les Zebrettes have 35 players available and will start training under new manager Andrea Stramaccioni at Arta Terme.

Badu is among five players who have been granted extra holiday time due to their participation at the 2014 World Cup while Alhassan has also been given some extra time to join the squad after his loan spell with Serie B side Latina.

However, the duo is expected to join the squad before the team moves to Spain for further training.
