Russian Premier League giants Spartak Moscow are prepared to sell Ghana striker Abdul Majeed Waris for up to â‚¬5 million, according to reports in France.

A flock of French clubs have lined-up for the signature of the 22-year-old and this has forced the Moscow giants to splash a 5 million Euro price tag on him.

According to reports, Ligue 1 trio Lille, Bordeaux and St Étienne are leading the pack to land the striker who made an appearance for Ghana at the 2014 World Cup.

However, they are facing competition from German quartet Hertha Berlin, Werder Bremen, Hannover and Hamburg with Spanish side Granada also looking at a prospect of signing him.

Waris spent second-half of last season with relegated Ligue 1 side Valenciennes where he netted 9 times in 16 starts.
