Ghanaian Premier League giants Asante Kotoko have confirmed striker Seidu Bancey is on his way out of the club to join Egyptian side FC Smouha.

The bullish striker who bagged 11 Ghana Premier League goals and played for Ghana at the 2014 CHAN in South Africa will undergo medicals in Egypt today ahead of his proposed move to the club.

"Bancey is in Egypt and will undergo medicals hopefully tomorrow with hopes of signing for the club," club insider Alhaji Ali Maradona told Accra-based Asempa FM.

Bancey is among four top players who are tipped to leave Kotoko this season.
