Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak have reached an agreement with Al-Ittihad to allow defender Nuru Suley join the Libyan giants, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively confirm.

The Ghana CHAN center-back has already undergone medicals in Tripoli and signed a two-year-contract in a deal reportedly worth $100,000.

Nuru is expected back in Accra early next week to pack bags and baggage and head back to his new club.

Ittihad have had the Ghana defender on their radar since he impressed for Ghana at the 2014 CHAN tournament.

The move dashes any further of hopes of an unnamed Romanian side who were hoping to sign him.
