Top Ghana FA executive Osei Parma charged with misconduct by the federation
Parma has been charged with misconduct

Tema Youth and their official, Wilfred Kwaku Osei, who is a member of the Ghana FA's executive committee have been charged with misconduct by the federation.

Two counts of misconduct have been filed against the Tema-based side for their actions during the final Zone 3 match in the Division One League play-off campaign against Great Olympics on 2 May, 2014 in Kumasi.

According to the particulars of offence, Tema Youth failed to control Club official Wilfred Kwaku Osei and their players when they walked off the field of play without permission from the match referee.

Their walk off the field with permission from the match referee held up play for several minutes.

Wilfred Osei also faces two counts of misconduct and violence.

By the charge sheet, he ordered his players off the field of play without the permission of the match referee and his action held up of play for a number of minutes which interfered with the progress of the match.

Both Tema Youth and Wilfred Kwaku Osei have until 5pm on 21 May 2014 to respond to the charges.
