Ebusua Dwarfs coach Prof. J.K Mintah believes his team is still not yet in shape despite posting a 2-0 win over Inter Allies on Premier League opening day.
The Cape Coast-based side handed a rude welcome to the Ghanaian top flight rookies at the Tema Park on Sunday.
Goals from Ato Aggrey and Frederick Boateng secured the vital opening win for Dwarfs who were amongst many things playing against the strong wind at the Tema Park.
And coach Mintah after admitting to the difficult conditions under which his team won believes his side is still a work in progress and yet to start of its Premier League season.
“In the first half, they had the wind to their advantage but in the second half when the wind died down we began finding our rhythm,” he said.
“The home team here always have the advantage also because of the pitch and therefore we needed about 20 minutes to get used to it.
“I am sure by the fifth week we will be at our peak.”
