Two directors from Sunderland are in Ghana to meet with the new board of Asante Kotoko.
The delegation from the English club want to get acquainted with the new direction of the Ghana Premier League champions following the appointment of a new 10-man board.
Sunderland have a running partnership agreement with Kotoko and are looking to see where this synergy stand in the plans of the new Kotoko board.
“Basically it is to see what the plans of the new board are and direction of the club under the new leadership,” Sunderland’s International Development coach Gordon Chisholm told Merto FM.
“Nothing too radical just so we are on the same page with the new administration.”
Kotoko are in their second year of their partnership agreement with Sunderland.
