Sulley Muntari’s wife, Menaye Donkor-Muntari, will be installed as the ‘Development Queen' in her hometown on Saturday.

The Chief and Elders of Agona Asafo (the hometown of Menaye) will  bestow the honour on the better half of the Ghana star  in appreciation to the numerous developmental projects that she has brought to the people.

She will become the youngest Development Quuen ever to be enstooled in the locality and she expressed her joy.

“I was absolutely blown away when they asked me to take on this new role. It is a huge honour and something that I am incredibly proud of,” Menaye said

“I look forward to continuing to dedicate my efforts to charity initiatives in the region, and to representing Agona Asafo throughout Ghana and the rest of the world.”

The beautiful model and entrepreneur has been involved in a number of charity works which includes setting up an ultra-modern school in the area for the rular folks and deprived children.

The school currently provides education for hundreds of children in the region at absolutely no cost to their parents or families.

The Menaye Charity Organisation is solely responsible for the running costs of the school including building maintenance, payment of  teachers salaries , provision of school uniforms, books, and stationary.

As the new face of Printex, Menaye continues to support the school, with 100% of her earnings from Printex going towards its upkeep, and through which she intends to purchase a school bus to provide free transportation for the children, some of whom have to walk many miles on their round trip.

She will officially be installed during the Akwanbo Festival on Saturday September 8.
