Sulley Muntari: Ghana star set to return from injury for Milan to face Napoli
Sulley Muntari is set to return from injury

Ghana international midfielder Sulley Muntari is set to make an injury return for AC Milan and has been confirmed in the club's probable line for the tie.

Muntari has not played for Milan since lasting 76 minutes in the Rossoneris 1-1 draw with cross-city rivals Inter Milan three weeks ago.

However, the 30-year-old former Udinese player has returned to training and is expected to named in their line-up as they take on Napoli at the San Siro on Sunday.

While he is expected to return from injury, ex-Chelsea star Michael Essien will be eligible to play for Milan after serving his suspension for the red card he picked against Udinese.

Muntari has played nine Serie A games for Milan and scored twice while Essien has played seven times this term.
