Striker Bismark Idan could play for Berekum Chelsea in Champions League

Bismark Idan could be registered for Berekum Chelsea CAF Champions League campaign

Berekum Chelsea could register returnee striker Bismark Idan for their CAF Champions League Group stage campaign. 

The burly forward returned to the club early this year after terminating his contract with Turkish second-tier side Goztepe.

Chelsea are in a Group of Death comprising TP Mazembe, Al Ahly and Zamalek in Group B of the competition which begins in July.

With Nigerien striker Musa Mohammed injured and Charles Taylor struggling yet to regain his fitness, Idan’s contributions could be vital.

Idan has a goal scoring pedigree after emerging joint top scorer in the Ghana Premier League for the 2009/2010 season.
