Ghana striker Dominic Adiyiah was at hand to give Arsenal Kiev a vital point in their 1-1 draw with Karpaty in the Ukrainian Premier League on Sunday.
The former AC Milan striker scored in the 28th minute to put his side 1-0 against a struggling Karpaty side in a pulsating encounter at the Stadion Ukrajina.
Adiyiah latched onto a Maksim Shatskikh through pass and fired past the on-rushing Bogatinov, the Karpaty goalkeeper, inside the box for the opener.
But a crazy moment by the Arsenal Kiev defence in the 49th minute cost them the maximum points as Cameroonian international Eric Matoukou scored an own-goal to gift the home side a point.
The 2009 Fifa U20 World Cup Golden Shoe winner has taken his season tally to two in seven games.
Winger Abeiku Quansah missed the trip due to injury.
