Hearts of Oak coach Herbert Addo says he will need five weeks to prepare his side to compete for titles.
The veteran trainer was unveiled last week and tasked to end their five-year trophy drought.
Addo has replaced club legend Mohammed Polo whose short-term contract expired at the end of the season.
