The South African Police Service (SAPS) has released facial composites in an attempt to identify the two suspects in the murder of Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa in Vosloorus on Sunday evening.

The SAPS released two facial composites of the men who killed the Orlando Pirates glovesman at Kelly Khumalo’s house on Johannesburg's East Rand.

Meyiwa was killed after burglars broke into Khumalo’s house, making off with a cellphone.

The SAPS on Monday announced a basic description of the suspects, who are estimated to be in their late twenties or early thirties, with one being tall and slender, while the other is short and well-built.

Police have offered an increased reward of R 250,000 for any information leading to his killer's arrest.
