Ghana youth international Siedu Salifu is meeting expectations at Club African with some headlines grabbing performances in the Tunisian Ligue 1 .

The box-to-box midfielder has played the entire duration of the club’s last four league matches.

Salifu won two man-of-the-match awards last month against CA Bizertin and Grombalia Sports.

On Saturday, he was replaced after 58 minutes in the 2-0 win at Stade Tunisien.

The 19-year-old, likened to Chelsea ace Michael Essien because of his non-stop injury, has been a favourite of head coach Adrie Koster

The former Wa All Stars player was a revelation at the 2013 FIFA U20 World Cup in Turkey where Ghana won bronze.
