Ghana U20 coach rings three changes to face Benin today

Ghana U20 coach Sellas Tetteh has made three changes to his line-up for their crucial Group A match against Benin on Tuesday at the African Youth Championship. 

The former Rwanda national team coach has brought in centre-back Joseph Attamah Larweh to partner captain Lawrence Lartey.

The Tema Youth player has replaced Israel-based Baba Mensah who started in the 2-1 to Egypt last Saturday.

Ebenezer Ofori has been re-assigned as a left back to the wing as Medeama’s Jacob Appau drops to the bench.

Tema Youth’s Jeremiah Akorful will start as left-back.

Asante Kotoko midfielder Michael Anaba has taken the place of Maritzburg United’s Frank Sarfo Gyamfi.

The Black Satellites must beat the Young Squirrels at the Stade Omar Oussief in Ain Temouchemt to enhance their qualification chances.

Ghana U20 starting line-up:

Eric Ofori Antwi- Lawrence Lartey, Joseph Attamah Larweh, Richard Nketiah, Jeremiah Akorful- Clifford Aboagye, Siedu Salifu, Ebenezer Ofori, Michael Anaba-Francis Narh and Ebenezer Assafuah

    hahahahahahahahahaha,,,,,,,,,,,,why is dis Sellas playing wiv the heart of Ghanaians like that?,,,,,,,,,,wat at all has Moses Ojie and Felix Annan (they were influential in our qualification) done to dis “bribe taking” coach that he has refused to field for today’s crucial game?he did same by even dropping Michael Anaba in our first game,no wonder we lost that game.he is always interested in players who have soft teams so that he can enjoy som percentage shld in case they get contract abroad,,,,,he is always not happy working with big teams like Kotoko and hearts players (i suspect that is why he also drop Ollenu from hearts) cos those teams if they sell their players there is nothing like middle coach or agent,they deal directly with the interested team.even Rwanda sef see yawa e go do yet the FA gave him dis team.he can never qualify this team to the world cup,concert coach.

    the boys are playing like crap! now i know why d 2009 group were so amazing! most of them played overseas…and were released! adiyiah, abeiku, rabiu, andre, …etc….jonathan mensah….they were all outside! these home boys play like shit! damn! if we go on like this, benin will beat us o….haaba!
