Sellas Tetteh makes three changes to face Algeria in African Youth Championship decider

Ghana Under-20 striker Francis Narh has been ruled out of Friday’s final Group A game at the African Youth Championship against hosts Algeria on Friday afternoon.
Baba Mensah has replaced suspended captain Lawrence Lartey, Moses Odjer start ahead of Clifford Aboagye while Kennedy Ashia come in for unfit striker Narh.
Asante Kotoko midfielder Michael Anaba has been maintained in the starting role and expected to shake off the early disappointing displays in the tournament.
The Black Satellites must beat their hosts to secure qualification to the semi-final and more importantly the FIFA Under-20 World Youth Championship in Turkey later in the year.
A draw could as well seem them through to the next stage of the competition.
Ghana line-up: Eric Ofori Antwi- Joseph Attamah Larweh, Richmond Nketiah, Jeremiah Arkoful, Baba Mensah-Ebenezer Ofori, Moses Odjer, Siedu Salifu, Michael Anaba-Ebenezer Assafuah and Kennedy Ashia.
