Highly-rated Brazilian Ganso has turned down the offer of a new contract at Santos.

The 22-year-old, who has been linked with the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea, Barcelona, Real Madrid and the two Milan clubs, was not impressed by what was on offer.

“I didn’t like the offer, I thought they would offer something better,” he told reporters.

“Regardless of that, you have to keep your cool to play football and let things happen naturally.

“I don’t know what can happen, only God knows it. I hope I can remain calm to keep playing football.”
