Ghanaian striker Ibrahim Salou says he want to continue to work hard for the success of his new American team New York Red Bulls.
He scored his first goal for American side on Saturday as they beat Philadelphia Union 2-1 in a league game. Salou, a forward from Ghana who turns 31 next month, signed with Major League Soccerââ¬â¢sà New Yorkà Red Bulls earlier this month.

Salou, who played on trial in last monthââ¬â¢s exhibition win over Brazilââ¬â¢s Santos, is seeking a new start in his career after several failed moves in Europe. He has played for Germanyââ¬â¢s Wandsbek 81 (1998-99) andà Duisburgà (2008-09); Belgiumââ¬â¢s Turnhout (2000-04), Kortrijk (2004-05), Zulte-Waregem (2005-06) and Brugge (2006-08); and Denmarkââ¬â¢s Vejle (2009-10).
