South African side Free State Stars have revealed that Ghanaian goalkeeper Daniel Agyei signed a three-year contract to replace Zambian goalkeeper Kennedy Mweene.

This comes after GHANAsoccernet.com exclusively revealed last month that the PSL side have completed the signing of Ghanaian goalkeeper Daniel Agyei.

The former Liberty Professionals keeper joins his countryman Abdul Basit Adam, a striker who joined the club on a three-year-deal recently.

“It’s done deal. The club has already applied for their work permits,” a source close to the club reveals.

Free State Stars have already signed Mthokozisi Yende and Mongezi Bobe, from Maritzburg United and Black Leopards respectively.
