Roger de Sa quits as Orlando Pirates coach; Fatau Dauda to benefit?

Posted On Friday, 31st January 2014
Roger Da Sa has resigned as coach of Orlando Pirates.

Roger Da Sa has resigned as coach of Orlando Pirates.

Orlando Pirates coach Roger de Sa has resigned from his position at the club in what could improve the fortunes of sidelined Ghana goalkeeper Fatau Dauda.

Da Sa never wanted to give Dauda a chance between the sticks ever since the former Ashanti Gold first choice joined the Bucs in August last year.

Muhsin Ertugral, who resigned as coach of Ajax Cape Town earlier this month, is expected to be appointed as the new Pirates coach.

Maybe he could provide the breakthrough for the Ghana first choice who needs game time to enhance his chances of making the World Cup squad.

“I will always be appreciative and I take with me fond memories of my time at the club”, said Roger De Sa.

“I wish everybody at the club including the technical team, players and management success in the future.”

Hahahahahaha, mr fatau, eeeeeeeeiiiiii, I’m not a believer in juju, but as for this one de3333…… It makes one rethink….wooooow, I don’t even know what to say….. Papadihno, where r u? Looolll

  3. Thegreatest says:

This coach was taking bribes from players and Fatau refused to pay.

  4. IKE says:

De Sá was born to Portuguese settlers in Lourenço Marques, now known as Maputo, Mozambique on 1 October 1964.
SO WHAT DO YOU THINK? HE HAS PORTUGUESE BLOOD IN HIM. HMMMMM! FATAU WOULD NEVER HAVE KEPT THE POSTS IN COMPETITIVE GAMES IF HE WERE TO BE THERE!!! HA HA HAAA GOD IS NOT ASLEEP OOOOOO!

  5. allese says:

Fatau, number one for Ghana,…..even Peter chech is beatable.

  6. Papadinho says:

He don juju am ooh. Hmm good is watching you kik dauda. But the question now is, if the current no 1 is keeping it real keeps the fire burning do you think dauda will get a chance? Hell no!!!!!! Kwasia juju dude from Kwarasey to this poor coach hhhmm . Dauda time to give up our you will end up cleaning your colleagues shoes. Kwasia man like you.

  7. OGYA says:

Yeah, Fatau is going to get his chance alright, yep, on the warm bench. He ain’t gonna be in the post for Orlando nor the Black Stars for this year, no matter who becomes the coach of that team.

Their first choice goalkeeper is doing fine, why should they remove him for this ugly Fatau? Is it because Fatau is from Ghana? or Fatau deserves to feed his family more so than anyone else, or that he deserves to be in the post more so than their first choice? GSN stop writing dumb ass articles.

  8. fatau must be kicked OUT says:

    Fatau must be dropped

  9. Papadinho says:

Everybody knows that dauda is finished!!! Even his juju master told him. Kwasiakwa you think you can fool everybody he. In fact he should consider retiring from football. Kwasia juju using dude. I sent a screenshotof the comments on this site to Kwarasey, just to let him know there’s war going on, on his behalf. Now he’s aware that we’re all backing him for the no 1 spot.
Until juju dauda repent, his situation will never change.
    Bless

  10. GHFUO, change ur MENtality says:

JUJU DOESNT WORK. ITS SIMPLY PSY CHOLOGY. IF DAUDA IS RELYING ON JUJU TO BOOST HIS MORALE AND PERFORMANCE. THEN AA MUST NOT ENTERTAIN SUCH PRIMITIVE HABITS NEAR THE TEAM. WHY DID DE SAR RESIGN? WAS IT DUE TO PERFORMANCE?

  11. Joe says:

Hahaha I sawit coming after the club officials trying to defend Dauda. The man realise he can’t stand the heat between him and the club officials so the best thg to do is to quit the club. But tht doesn’t give Fatau Dauda authomatic choice to the wc.
