Hearts of Oak could not seal the signing of Sekondi Hasaacas attacker Richard Yamoah on Wednesday due to transfer fee payment disagreement, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The Ghanaian Premier League giants announced on Tuesday they were hoping the 22-year-old would put pen to paper on yesterday but as it turned out the two parties failed to reach a deal.

According to Yamoah and his representatives insisted they needed the transfer sum involved in the deal before signing but Hearts of Oak insisted on paying through a bank process.

This left the process in stalemate and the signing was called off temporarily on Wednesday afternoon at the club's secretariat in Accra.

However, if a resolution is reached on Thursday, the deal could be signed.

Hearts have been chasing the gifted attacker since the end of the season following his impressive performance for Sekondi Hasaacas last season.
