Ghana duo Richard Kissi-Boateng and Solomon Asante have arrived at TP Mazembe and are expected to undergo medicals on Friday.

The two players signed five-year contracts each from Ghana Premier League giants Berekum Chelsea after an impressive showcase in the 2012 CAF Champions League.

They were taken to the TPM Stadium on Thursday evening to watch the Ravens train and it was there they met Club Secretary John Ngoyi Sendwe and head coach Lamine Ndiaye.

Left-back Kissi-Boateng has been handed the number 27 jersey and dribbling winger Asante will wear number 20 shirt.

Asante - who speaks French, a language he learned during his two-year stay at Burkinabe side ASFA Yennega from 2009 to 2011 - could not help but exchange with some fans.

"I am very proud to be in Lubumbashi and TP Mazembe which is a great team recognized on the continent," Asante said.

"We must first integrate with the Group. As professionals, I think it will be very quick but it will not be easy.

"I have to give a good account of myself and my contribution to this team to win titles.

"I have come to meet best players like captain Tresor Mputu whom we had a meeting in South Africa, Goalkeeper Robert Kidiaba of the DRC national team, my fellow Ghanaians and others.

"With the contribution of all, we will help to bring Mazembe to the top of African football."

There are already three Ghanaian players at TP Mazembe- Gladson Awako, Daniel Nii Adjei and Yaw Frimpong.
