Red Bull Salzburg have began training for the second half of the season without Ghana defender Isaac Vorsah.

The 25-year-old has been working his way back to full fitness in recent weeks after suffering a knee injury which kept him out of action for six months.

The towering Black Stars defender however appears to have had some complications along the line which had delayed his return to first team action.

Vorsah has thus not been training with the full Salzburg squad since they resumed training after the Christmas and New Year festivities.

Roger Schmidt’s side will play a friendly match against Czech Republic team Znojmo on January 1 before facing German giants Bayern Munich in another club friendly on January 18.

The Bulls will then embark on a training camp in Qatar before returning to play their final friendly game against Zenit St. Petersburg before the resumption of the Austrian top flight.
