Ghana FAà Executiveà Committee member Felix Ansong hasà visited Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu as he continues hisà rehabilitationà from injury.
The Udinese midfielder injured his knee while on Nations Cup duty for the Black Stars last mo0nth in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.
The 21-year-oldââ¬â¢s absence coincided with Ghanaââ¬â¢s defeat at the hands of eventual winners Zambia at the semi final stage -à emphasizingà his importance to theà national teamà during the month-long competition.
Agyemang-Badu who is said to be in the final stages of his recovery couldnââ¬â¢t hide his joy atà receivingà the prestigious guest from the Ghana FA who is also a member of the Black Stars management committee.
ââ¬ÅThe GFA have sent someone to come and check up on how I am doing. Very nice of them,â⬠the U-20 World Cup winner tweeted.
The visit is in line with the Ghana FAââ¬â¢spolicy to keep in touch with allà national teamà playersespecially when going through a difficult injury spell.
The former Berekum Arsenalà playerà has gone on to make 31 appearances for the Black Stars scoring four goals in theà processà since making his debut against Lesotho in 2008.
