Real Madrid are showing a keen interest in signing Ghana defender and Borussia Dortmund target Abdul Rahman Baba.

The Ghanaian internatioal,  20, is a versatile operator on the left flank and has been turning in some fine performances for Augsburg in the Bundesliga.

Dortmund, who are second from bottom in the German top flight, are desperate to sign a few players this winter and have been tracking the Ghanaian with an eye on a transfer this month.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Los Blancos have been keeping an eye on the 20-year-old and are ready to make a bid for him in the January transfer window.

Dortmund were already facing an uphill task in convincing Rahman to leave Augsburg in the middle of the season and Real Madrid’s interest in the player is expected to further complicate matters for Klopp.

Rahman is currently with the Ghanaian national team in Equatorial Guinea for the African Cup of Nations.
