Video: Rahim Ayew set to quit Zamalek for Belgium

Ghana midfielder Ibrahim Ayew is expected to leave Egyptian side Zamalek next week with Belgian side Lierse his most likely next destination.

GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal that in anticipation of his exit from Zamalek, Ayew has vacated his flat in Cairo.

The son of legend Abedi Pele is currently in Accra awaiting details of his next move as there is another club in Finland interested in him.

He will consider the move to Finland the Belgium deal falls through.

Ayew has not competitively since Hossam Hassan took over as the coach of the Whites despite the youngster being part of Ghana’s World Cup and Nations Cup team.
