Rahim Ayew has denied signing for newly-promoted Ghana Premier League side Inter Allies despite training with them.
The midfielder has been without a club since parting ways with Belgian Pro League side SK Lierse.
Ayew is hoping for a European deal but has been training with Inter Allies recently and reports are rife he will be making a return to the Ghana top-flight.
But the versatile midfielder has silenced media reports he has agreed terms with the newly-promoted side for the upcoming season.
"I have not signed any deal," the son of Abedi Pele told Accra-based Joy FM.
"The real situation is that I'm in Ghana right now, I am a free agent. The owners of Inter Allies have been my friends and since Nania FC have not started training, I said to myself why shouldn't start training with them to stay fit."
