Ghana midfielder Rabiu Mohammed has returned to training for French Ligue 1 side Evian Thonon Gaillard after spending two weeks in the treatment room.

The 22-year-old has recovered from a bout with malaria and trained with Pablo Correa's side in Tuesday's training session.

"I'm fit again and I trained with the team on Tuesday. I'm now focusing on regaining my place in the first team," Mohammed told GHANAsoccernet.com

The former Liberty Professionals player has made 18 appearances for the newly-promoted side and he is hoping to improve his stats.
