Prof. Mintah welcomes Dwarfs' decision to appoint J.E Sarpong as coach
Coach Sarpong has been handed the Ebusua Dwarfs job

Professor J.K Mintah has hailed Ebusua Dwarfs’ decision to appoint J.E Sarpong as coach of the side even without his consent.

The university lecturer has been replaced by the veteran trainer as the side look to escape relegation.

Mintah who was until Sarpong’s arrival was the substantive coach of the Mysterious club was not informed of the change.

The Black Stars psychologist however says he has no problem with the change as he believes it will help the side beat the drop.

“I read online that coach Sarpong had taken over and it is good news,” he told Metro FM.

“The move is even belated. I expected it when I went ob leave so if it is happening now then it’s good.

“Anything that will help get the club out of relegation is good.

“I came back voluntarily so we can part ways at any time.”

Dwarfs are currently at the bottom of the Ghanaian top flight but crucially have two games in hand.
