The nastiest moment of the Milan derby in Serie A on Sunday night come when Sulley Muntari clashed with Dodo.
Dodo, Inter’s Brazilian defender, was left with blood on his face after a challenge with Muntari resulted with the Ghanaian star elbowing his opponent in the face.
Whilst Dodo managed to play the whole match after his injury, after the game the 22-year-old needed medical assistance for his busting top lip.
