Parma boss Roberto Donadoni has charged Ghana midfielder Afriyie Acquah to play above himself in midfield to help the Gialloblu beat Juventus in  Wednesday's Serie A clash.

The impressive in-form Parma, who lie 5th on the Serie A table, make a short trip to Turin to play the run-away Scudetto winners at the Juventus Arena but are not favoured by recent statistics on their games with the Old Ladies.

Parma have not recorded a win against Juventus since May 2011 when they claimed a back-to-back wins in a calender year but Donadoni is confident the Crusaders could turn the tables if Acquah and his colleagues play above themselves.

"We need a world-class performance and our levels should be 110%. Juve have been dominating for the past three years and we are going to play at a stadium that makes the diference but we have many stimuli, enthusiasm and desire to do well," he said.

Acquah, 22, has been one of Parma's most impressive players in the season, making 18 appearances from midfield for the Uefa Champions League hopefuls.
