Fatawu Dauda has been impressive tournament-long for Ghana

Defender John Paintsil has hailed the immense impact made by goalkeeper Fatawu Dauda at the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.
The AshantiGold shot-stopper emerged the Man-of-the-Match in the 2-0 win over Cape Verde on Saturday.
Dauda has been impressive throughout Ghana’s campaign in South Africa and took his performance a notch further in the quarter-final win where he pulled off spectacular saves to help the Black Stars.
Right-back John Paintsil has now added his voice to the growing praise being heaped on the 27-year-old.
“In fact he deserves it (glowing reviews), he showed class today (Saturday) and we are all happy with his performance,” Paintsil told GHANAsoccernet.com.
“We trust and believe him that is why he is in the post anyway and he did his job very well today to ensure he kept a clean sheet which really helped us.”
Dauda will again be required to be at his best when Ghana plays either Burkina Faso or Togo in the semi-finals in Nelspruit on Wednesday.
God’s time is the best. Patience really pays.
We thank God that he is improving
