Quincy Owusu-Abeyie played for Portsmouth in the English Premier League
Ghana winger Quincy Owusu Abeyie says he wants to return to play in the English top-flight in future.
The Dutch-born star has settled well in Greece where he plays for giants Panathinaikos.
He has earned a reputation as a journeyman since he left Arsenal, representing no fewer than eight teams since moving on from London in 2006.
The Ghanaian has had spells at Spartak Moscow, Al-Sadd, Birmingham, Portsmouth, Cardiff, Celta Vigo and Malaga.
He now finally feels settled in Athens, but admits a return to the Barclays Premier League remains a possibility for the future.
“It would be nice one day to go back,” he said.
“Hopefully that will happen for me, but I am happy here now.
“To be honest I don’t really feel like I have ever settled in one place because I have always had short contracts at different clubs, but I have really settled in here now.
“It’s a great place to be. The weather is nice. It’s a great country. I love it. I get the support from the fans as well and that makes me play better.”

Still no response after most Ghanaian’s keep asking about you omission from the black stars even tho u are better than half of the players.
He’s been such an unlucky player but there is no doubt he could be the solution to our problem of breaking teams like Zambia
This guy is very good.but he haa only one problem.the problem is he is a lazy player.he does not help defendin.does the problem coaches dnt like him.now i understand why the ghana coach does not invite him.i see him walkin all the time on the field durin matches.does the problem.
This guy deserves to be in the Black Stars squard,if only we want to win the Nxt AFCON.
