Orlando Pirates chairman Irvin Khoza will have a sit down with coach Roger De Sa over his declaration that Ghana goalkeeper Fatau Dauda is his third choice.

The South African giants are unhappy with the recent comments made by their manager about the status of the Black Stars goalkeeper.

Dauda is yet to play an official game since joining the Buccaneers at the start of the season.

His club inactivity has been blamed on delayed registration for the South African top flight and the inability to register him in time for the ended CAF Champions League campaign.

Senzo Meyiwa has during this period commanded the first choice spot at Pirates with the Ghana first choice not even able to make it on the bench for games.

Coach Roger De Sa however declared Dauda was only his third choice following series of inquisitions over the status of the Ghana international.

But the club’s top hierarchy who bought Dauda to be the original replacement for Moeneeb Josephs are enraged by the comments made by the coach.

Pirates’ technical director Stanley Chabalala now says the club will be making their position clearly known to coach at a planned meeting on Sunday.

“We have to speak to the coach because what he said has embarrassed us very much,” he told Angel FM.

“The chairman will speak to the coach Roger De Sa on Sunday.”
