Acting Chief Executive of Asante Kotoko Opoku Nti says he wouldnââ¬â¢t mind serving the club in his current capacity for a longer term.
Nti has hit the ground running since his short-term administrative appointment by leading the side to retain their Super Cup title on Sunday.
Basking in the glory of the impressive display in their Super Cup triumph the club legend says he will gladly accept to continue working as a Chief Executive if the new board decides so.
ââ¬ÅIt is all in the hands of the board,â⬠he told Metro FM.
ââ¬ÅIf they decide that I should continue I definitely will.ââ¬
Nti is however battling competition from ex Ghana and Bayern Munich defender Samuel Osei-Kuffour who is also said to be angling for the post despite being a member of the new board.
The new board is however set to make key administrative appointments this week according to credible sources.
