Augustine Okrah won the flagship Premier League Player of the Season award in a ceremony which was dominated by champions Asante Kotoko.

The Bechem United star who has since moved on loan to Swedish club BK Hacken emerged the best player of the season.

He beat the likes of Seidu Bancey and Asiedu Attorbrah to the top award of the night.

Okrah was also officially handed his Goal King award but the night however belonged to champions Asante Kotoko who swept the honours once more again in the ceremony held at the State House on Saturday.

The Premier League champions who won all but one category at the FA Cup awards ceremony just a fortnight ago again showed their dominance following a fruitful season that saw them win a historic Premier League and FA Cup double.
