Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah will not replace injured Christian Atsu in his squad to play Sudan in a 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier this Sunday.Â
Atsu sustained an injury ankle injury while playing for his Portuguese side FC Porto in a league match at the weekend.
Appiah wants to work with the 23-players remaining for the must-win encounter at the Baba Yara Stadium.
