Ghana midfielder Mohammed Abu failed to make the Lorient first team grades as they drew 1-1 with OG Nice in the French Ligue on Saturday.
The 21-year-old Manchester City midfielder has joined Les Merlus for the remainder of the season with the aim of recapturing his lost form.

A debut could be in the line for the Right to Dream Academy product next weekend when Lorient host Evian Thonon Gaillard at the Stade Yves Allainmat – Le Moustoir.
