New Edubiase Chief Executive William Asare has taken a stinging potshot at Anthony Commey labeling him as a ‘weak’ coach.
Commey has come under pressure in recent times following the side’s unflattering start to the season.
Edubiase could only manage to share the spoils in a 1-1 draw at home to Bechem United and the club’s chief has criticized the trainer for his poor work ethics.
“I will say without a shadow of doubt that we have a weak coach. I have made my views known to top officials of the club,” Asare told Ghana’s leading sports station Happy FM
“He has no shown any true coaching ability this season and we must talk about it and find answers.
“I don’t think he can do the work. I am only the Chief Executive and report to my boss. I have informed him the man (Anthony Commey) cannot do the work.
“He doesn’t report to me. I don’t know what goes on in the team and that’s very shocking.
“New Edubiase has slipped so suddenly that I feel so sad. I can’t believe that this is my club.
“We must find practical solutions because I don’t this coach helping us.
There are obviously managerial division on the future of the coach after Executive chairman Alex Ackumey rubbished reports they have lined up Paa Kwesi Fabian to replace the under-fire coach.
