Nania FC handed Guinean opponents for Caf Confed Cup

Ghana FA Cup winners Nania FC will begin their CAF Confederation Cup campaign against Guinean side FC Sequence.

Abedi Pele’s side will play the first leg at home between the weekends of 17-19 February 2012.

The second leg will be played after a fortnight between the weekends of 2-4 March 2012.

The winner over two legs will progress to the 1/16th stage against Moroccan side CO Meknes which will be played in March and April.

If Nania FC advance to the one-eighth stage, they will face either ASEC Mimosas or Dragons (Benin)/EFO (Burkina Faso).

The two legged ties will be in April and May.

Nania FC, from the second-tier league, made history by beating giants Asante Kotoko in July this year to win the FA Cup.
